Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide reliable support to clients in Clinton Township MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to improve their quality of life while promoting independence and dignity.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and transfers
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff
• Follow care plans and provide care in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field preferred
• Ability to pass background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable compassionate and patient attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required

• Competitive hourly wage: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
