Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to join our team in Plymouth MI. This role involves providing essential in-home care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in a safe and comfortable environment.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe living space.
• Assist clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Report any changes in clients conditions or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Previous experience in personal care or home health aide role is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Plymouth MI.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
