Retention Bonus applies after time from the first shift worked and employee must be actively working weekly in order to count towards the bonus.

Requirements:

• Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid unexpired documents: government issued ID)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Help with bathing dressing grooming oral care feeding and medication reminders.
• Mobility Support: Assist with walking transfers repositioning and toileting needs.
• Meals & Housekeeping: Prepare meals do light cleaning laundry and change linens.
• Transportation: Take clients to appointments or run errands when needed.
• Safety & Records: Keep the home safe report changes and document care provided.
• Companionship: Offer support conversation and respect for client privacy.
