Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
• Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid unexpired documents: government issued ID)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• The schedule is for 15 hours per week 9am-12pm Monday to Friday.
• Assist with personal care (ex. bathing dressing grooming oral care feeding medication reminders)
• Support mobility (walking transfers repositioning toileting)
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping/laundry
• Provide transportation for errands or appointments as needed
• Maintain a safe environment and document care
• Offer companionship conversation and respect for client privacy
