• Assisting with bathing grooming dressing and personal hygiene
  
  
• Providing companionship and emotional support
  
  
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

• Accompanying clients to appointments and errands when needed
  
  
• Observing and reporting changes in a clients condition or behavior
  
  
• Completing care notes and documentation
  
  

• Previous caregiving/PCA experience preferred but not required
  
  
• High school diploma or GED preferred
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  
  
• CPR/First Aid certification required
