Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior this role you will play a critical part in optimizing executive productivity by managing schedules coordinating communications and handling a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency. This is a fully remote position requiring strong organizational skills professionalism and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage executive calendars appointments and scheduling with precision
- Coordinate meetings virtual conferences and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Handle incoming communications including emails calls and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports presentations briefing documents and meeting materials
- Organize and maintain confidential records files and documentation
- Assist with personal errands special projects and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Track priorities deadlines and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Liaise with internal teams clients and external partners professionally
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all responsibilities
- 36 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello )
- Basic knowledge of expense tracking or bookkeeping
- Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Prior experience in a remote or global organization
