Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing a book of business while delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance account management excellent organizational skills and a client-focused mindset.

• Salary Range: $40000 - $60000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial and personal lines accounts.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS software system.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.

• Licenses/Designations: Active insurance license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance account management; 3 years preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS software is highly desirable.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
