Job Summary
In this role youll play a critical part in supporting our HVAC Plumbing and Electrical teams by ensuring permits inspections and project documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Managing the permit and inspection process from start to finish
- Following up with city offices and related agencies
- Assisting with scheduling project-related appointments
- Communicating directly and professionally with customers regarding inspections and project details
- Maintaining accurate data entry and organized digital records
- Supporting managers and technicians with timely reliable information
- Collaborating effectively with all departments within the company
- Working a dependable MondayFriday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM schedule
Experience with residential HVAC plumbing electrical permitting or a similar service-based industry preferred
Strong administrative background with excellent follow-up skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience using Dropbox and the ability to learn new software quickly
Organized focused and dependable in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic approachable and confident communicator
