Job Summary
Hourly Pay Rate: $35.00 - $55.00/hour (This is a union position rate will be decided on years of experience and non-negotiable)
Relocation Available
19% Perm Placement Fee
Mammography Tech
Performs a variety of Mammography exams for patients. Applies principles theories and techniques of Mammography imaging to provide reliable imaging results.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position
Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment
Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public
Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality think and act independently with minimal supervision
Maintains regular consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
Graduate of Accredited Radiology Technology program REQUIRED
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist s certification in Radiography and Mammography modalities REQUIRED
Current Oregon license REQUIRED
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) REQUIRED
Image Wisely pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter PREFERRED
Image Gently pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter PREFFERED
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred HIGHLY PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE
One year previous experience in Mammography REQUIRED
Experience in stereo biopsy preferred PREFFERED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
