Job Summary
Staff MD Cardiologist position in Brattleboro Vermont USA offering a full-time primarily outpatient noninvasive cardiology role within a collaborative multi-specialty medical group focused on high-quality patient care diagnostic cardiology services and continuity of care in a well-supported clinical environment with no call obligations and strong referral network support.
Job Description:
- Provide outpatient noninvasive cardiology care in a clinical practice setting
- Manage a patient panel in collaboration with one physician and two Advanced Practice Providers
- Perform and interpret EKGs for diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Conduct ambulatory cardiac monitoring and interpret results
- Perform transthoracic echocardiography (TTE)
- Potential to perform nuclear stress testing and stress echocardiography
- Opportunity for device management (preferred skill set not required)
- Coordinate care with referral centers for inpatient and advanced cardiovascular needs
- Maintain high-quality patient safety documentation and diagnostic accuracy
- Participate in a structured weekday clinic schedule (general medical office hours)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical and administrative staff across specialties including internal medicine neurology orthopaedics and others within the medical group
- Not accepting visa candidates

- Not accepting new grads with less than 1 years experience
- Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position

- Board certified or board Eligible in Cardiology- REQUIRED
- If board eligible kindly state date of graduation is - REQUIRED
- Current Vermont License (or willingness to obtain if applicable) REQUIRED
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED * no exemption required at presentation
- CPR - (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED * no exemptions
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED * no exemptions
- CPR for Healthcare providers - REQUIRED
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and treat conditions - REQUIRED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams - REQUIRED
