Perm Otolaryngology MDDO

We are seeking a Board eligible/certified Otologist to join a collaborative seven-provider ENT practice in the stunning Colorado Springs area. • Collaborate with a team of specialists including audiologists physician assistants and a dedicated nurse practitioner.
• Manage an otology practice with immediate patient volume and programmatic support.
• Expand a robust cochlear implant and bone-anchored hearing aid (BAHA) program serving a large regional referral base.
• Practice in a modern facility with advanced surgical technology and in-suite audiology booths.
• Participate in balanced call responsibilities ensuring work-life integration.
• Engage in a comprehensive ENT program supporting both Level I and Level III trauma centers.
• Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient management across the system.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Interest in practicing General ENT full-time.
• Clean malpractice/license history.
• Positive disciplinary history and a strong history of professional conduct.
• Current NPDB Self Query Report.
• DEA certification or willingness to obtain.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology REQUIRED
• Active Colorado medical license (to be obtained prior to start) HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Active DEA license HIGHLY PREFERRED
