St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for the Perioperative Administration team located within the Edgewood Kentucky hospital.

Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week.

Shift: 1st shift.

The Perioperative Inventory Control Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy efficiency and reliability of inventory management within Perioperative Services. This position is primarily responsible for placing and managing requisitions through the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting surgical operations through timely procurement and supply availability. By leveraging data analytics and collaborating with clinical and supply chain teams the specialist ensures cost-effective practices minimizes waste and contributes to high-quality patient care through seamless material support. Demonstrates respect dignity kindness and empathy in every interaction with patients families visitors and colleagues honoring diverse cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

Education Credentials Licenses:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Specialized Knowledge:

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.

Computer literate with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) i.e. Lawson PeopleSoft etc.

Understanding of data analytics entry and use

Kind and Length of Experience:

2 years of Inventory/Supply Management experience in Supply Chain or Sterile Processing

FLSA Status:

Non-Exempt
