Performance Copywriter

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a talented Performance Copywriter to join our team. As a leading consulting engineering firm we are committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. As a Performance Copywriter you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by crafting compelling and effective copy that showcases our expertise and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and write engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials including website content brochures case studies emails and more

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends competitors and target audience to inform copywriting strategies

- Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to brand guidelines

- Work closely with subject matter experts to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise messaging

- Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards for copywriting and continuously improve our messaging and communication efforts

- Support the development of proposals and presentations by providing compelling and persuasive copy

- Assist with other marketing and communication projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications English or related field

- 3 years of experience in copywriting preferably in a B2B or professional services environment

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats

- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and compelling messaging

- Strong research skills and ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources

- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing for digital platforms

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with project management and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for sustainability and the built environment is a plus
