Job Summary
Livingston Public Schools is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Intermediate Drum Line Instructor for the Livingston High School marching band program for the school year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing and developing students in the competitive drum line program at the intermediate level including both Battery Percussion and Pit Percussion ensembles. Responsibilities include teaching percussion techniques preparing students for performances and competitions and collaborating with the marching band staff to support a successful and engaging program.
Candidates must be available to attend on-site band camp from August as well as rehearsals performances and competitions throughout the marching band season.
Applicants must hold a valid New Jersey teaching certificate or hold or be eligible for substitute certification.
