Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled SLP services to residents in a post-acute/SNF setting.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Meet productivity standards while maintaining high quality of care.
- Participate in patient/family education and discharge planning as appropriate.
Requirements
- Valid NJ state licence as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - required.
- Graduate of an accredited programme in your discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in SNF / post-acute care preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to meet productivity targets.
