As a Per Diem OB/GYN Laborist/Hospitalistwith Camellia Womens Health you will be a vital part of a long-standing respected practice in Sacramento dedicated to providing exceptionalwomens healthcare. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experiencedOB/GYN physicianto managehigh-risk obstetrics deliver comprehensive labor and delivery services and handle emergent GYN consults and surgeries within a Level III NICU access hospital setting. Your expertise will directly impact a diverse patient population ensuring access to quality medical care in aphysician-owned independent practiceenvironment known for its commitment to patient well-being and professional growth.

Every day you willmanage a dynamic caseload within a busy hospital service collaborating closely with a supportive team ofOB/GYNs and Nurse Practitioners. Youll utilize your clinical skills inlaborist coverage addressing both routine and complex obstetric cases and respond to GYN emergencies including surgical interventions. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your shiftswhether its 6 12-hour shifts or 3 24-hour shifts per month with options for both day and night rotations to perfectly align with yourwork-life balance. This hospitalist model allows you to focus on direct patient care in an environment that values continuous professional development through collaborative case discussions.

To be successful in this role you will possess post training experience as a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN specializing in laborist and hospitalist care. Youll demonstrate an unwavering commitment to patient safety and excellent outcomes especially within diverse patient populations including Medicaid and commercially insured individuals. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment are essential.

We are offering a highly competitive compensation of $175 per hour provided by Camellia Womens Health. • Completion of ACGME accredited training program(s)
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstectrics and Gynecology
• Minimum 1 year of post residency OBGYN experience
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills
• Must be comfortable working in a busy service and delivering high risk OB patients
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Ability to consistently commit to a .5 schedule.
