We are looking for two experienced Performance Testing Engineers with strong expertise in Apache JMeter and PeopleSoft applications to conduct enterprise-scale Performance Testing Load Testing and Stress Testing for PeopleSoft 9.2 environments.

Position Summary

The Performance Testing Engineer will design develop execute and analyze enterprise-scale performance load and stress tests for PeopleSoft FSCM HCM and Campus Solutions 9.2 applications using Apache JMeter.

The engineer will work closely with infrastructure middleware database and application teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.

Required Skills

Mandatory

• 6 years of Performance Testing experience using Apache JMeter

• Experience performing:

  • Performance Testing

• Experience testing enterprise web applications

• Strong understanding of:

  • HTTP/HTTPS

  • REST/SOAP Web Services

  • Session Management

Performance Testing Requirements

The engineer will perform:

Performance Testing

Validate application response time under normal business load.

Load Testing

Validate system behavior under expected peak concurrent users.

Stress Testing

Determine application breaking point and recovery characteristics under extreme load.

• Maximum acceptable response time: 30 seconds

• Correlate dynamic PeopleSoft values

• Parameterize test data

• Validate business transactions

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance

• Analyze bottlenecks across:

• Work with application teams to resolve performance issues
