What is the role
Reporting to the People & OD Manager the People Graduate will support the P&OD departments daily activities across the Aerogen global team.
What are the key responsibilities
Provide global people operations support to the P&OD dept - end to end completion of P&OD tasks and compliance to localised legislation and practices.
Working with global teams across multiple time zones
Assisting with international People processes and contributing to policy/process design writing and updates
Supporting global projects and Business Partners (e.g. HRIS global mobility)
Ownership of data integrity files ensuring accurate capture of data and files are up to date and compliant.
Support and assist P&OD team in their activities and responsibilities associated with recruitment and onboarding.
Working with managers and employees to understand and interpret guidelines procedures and policies.
Act as a first contact for the people inbox for employee and candidate queries.
Assist in preparation of reporting dashboards and metrics as required for internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with design work in relation to reports presentation posters etc.
Use of digitization and AI tools to make process improvements and streamline work
Involvement with P&OD team strategy and projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate and promote Aerogens We Care culture through supportive interactions employee-focused solutions and wellbeing-centred work practices.
Ensure strict confidentiality in all matters including the safe storage of reports and records.
Perform such other duties appropriate to the role as may be required from time to time.
What education and experience are required
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited University in Human Resource Management Business Management Organisational Development or related field.

Salary Range for this position is estimated at $18.00-$20.00 USD per hour and will depend on the candidates skills qualification and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
