• 10 years of professional experience in leadership HR learning & development talent development people development consulting coaching client relationships communications or a related field.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and lead thoughtful conversations.
  
• Experience working with developing or leading people in a professional environment.
  
• Self-directed and proactive with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
