Professional Requirements

• 7 years of professional experience with demonstrated success in education learning and development coaching training counseling or behavioral work human resources organizational development consulting leadership business development or another people-centered professional field
  
• Strong professional presence with the ability to communicate clearly build trust and develop meaningful relationships
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead influence or create results without requiring significant external direction
  
• Demonstrated experience developing teaching coaching guiding or supporting the growth of other people
  
• An ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for your activity decisions and results
  
• Genuine interest in leadership personal development and human potential
  
• Entrepreneurial curiosity and a desire to create greater autonomy financial possibility or professional expansion outside a traditional employment structure
  
• Commitment to continuous learning personal growth and applying what you learn
  
• Willingness to invest both time and resources into developing an independent business
