• Onboarding and Alignment: Guide new associates through a comprehensive integration process providing strategic onboarding support and performance framework training.
• Global Collaboration: Participate in high-level strategy sessions multiple times weekly with an international community of experts to sharpen your message.

What Were Looking For (The Ideal Profile)

• Professional Pedigree: Significant experience at a senior manager director or executive level within People and Culture HR L&D or corporate leadership.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation video conferencing and high-level interpersonal communication skills.
