People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner located in Birmingham AL or Minneapolis MN you will serve as a critical strategic partner to leadership directly linking business strategy to talent outcomes that drive performance growth and organizational health.

While no two days are the same you will translate business priorities into forward-thinking workforce strategies architect organizations for absolute clarity and drive the adoption of initiatives that move the business will collaborate closely with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to evolve roles cultivate digital and AI fluency across teams manage complex employee relations and implement cyclical HR processes to ensure teams have the structure to deliver results.

• You have 7 years of experience in a human resources role partnering with senior leaders to drive high engaging and performing teams and lead change
• You have a Bachelors degree and a proven track record of improving work relationships building morale and increasing productivity
• You have working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design employee and labor relations performance management and federal and state employment laws
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret organizational health data trends and benchmarks to influence complex business decisions
• You have effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills allowing you to act as a trusted confidant and guide leaders through structural shifts
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate messages effectively to all levels of the organization
• You have experience leveraging emerging HR technologies and generative AI tools to streamline processes enhance efficiency and uncover actionable workforce insights

Pay Range: $75200 - $140000 Please note that the salary range above is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.

Hybrid roles in Birmingham AL typically work in-office at least 2 days per week with core in-office days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Hybrid roles in Minneapolis MN typically work in-office at least 1 day per week on either Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday.

Hybrid roles in San Francisco CA typically work in-office at least 1 day per week between Monday and Thursday.
