Were looking for a highly operational HR Generalist to support our growing Americas region. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced scaling businessperfect for someone who thrives on balancing critical input with real delivery on the ground.
Part of a dynamic agile organisation you will be owning the day-to-day people operations experience across the Americas region. From supporting employee relations to delivering a masterclass in employee systems beyond onboarding youll play a key role in ensuring our people practices are consistent effective and built for growth.
- Owning end-to-end employee relations coaching managers and managing cases with confidence and compliance
- Deliveringoperational HR processes across benefits leave compliance and payroll support
- Drivingpeople insights and reporting translating data into clear actions for leaders
- Supportingperformance management including calibration PIPs and development conversations
- Enabling a seamless employee journey from enrolement to queries youre the go-to for the region
