Job Summary

• Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Pega SA to design architect and deliver scalable Pega solutions aligned with business needs
• Design and architect Pega applications ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements
• Develop and configure Pega systems using best practices and Pega outofthebox features
• Ensure highquality implementation by adhering to Pega standards and guidelines
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to design configuration and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions
• Participate in performance tuning and debugging activities to optimize application efficiency
• Support modernization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of Pega application performance and reliability

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead endtoend delivery of Pega projects including analysis design development testing and deployment Take part in user story refinement and contribute to solution design discussions Implement Pega applications focusing on scalability maintainability and performance Create or modify unit tests to validate new functionalities Participate in manual and automated testing activities to ensure application quality Mentor junior Pega developers and provide technical guidance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations engineers business specialists and other developers Proactively monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using logs and debugging tools Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback Support incident resolution and problem management activities Advocate for automation in deployment testing and monitoring processes to improve delivery efficiency
