Pega Certified Business Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Certified Business Architect to join our team as a Delivery Project Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and expertise in Pega methodologies and frameworks enabling them to effectively manage and deliver projects that meet client expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

• Lead the delivery of Pega-based projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into functional specifications.
• Design and implement Pega solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to present project updates gather feedback and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega development and project management methodologies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pega technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of Pega Certified Business Architect principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Pega platform functionalities and capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of additional Pega certifications or related technologies.
• Experience in client-facing roles demonstrating strong customer service orientation.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Pega Certified Business Architect certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in delivering Pega projects within scope budget and timeline.
