Who were looking for:

The Peer Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a welcoming organized and recoveryoriented clinic environment. This role combines front desk operations peer support and administrative responsibilities to support smooth daily clinic functioning.

Please note this position is in-person Monday through Friday at our Philadelphia PA office. The compensation range is $22-25/hr this salary range reflects total compensation but it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location.

What youll be doing:

  • Facility managementincluding opening the office maintaining a clean and safe environment and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Maintain and documentcompliance logsin alignment with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Greet and check in clients and visitors ensuring a warm professional and traumainformed experience.
  • Manage front desk operations including phones messages and realtime scheduling support for client needs.
  • Coordinatesupply orderingand inventory to ensure clinic materials and forms are consistently available.
  • Process and trackmedical record requests ensuring confidentiality and timely release of information.
  • Complete and monitorUDS uploadsand related documentation in the electronic health record or designated system.
  • Facilitatenew client orientation explaining clinic processes group schedules rights and responsibilities and available support resources.
  • Conduct outreach calls toclients missing from group encouraging engagement and problemsolving barriers to attendance.
  • Attend and as appropriatecofacilitate peer groups modeling recovery principles and supporting group norms.
  • Collaborate with clinical medical and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation scheduling and followup.

What youll need:

  • Lived experience of recovery (SUD or MH) and willingness to share appropriately in a professional setting
  • Prior experience in behavioral health medical front desk or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication organization and multitasking skills with comfort using EMR and basic office software.
