We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative child-focused therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families by providing individualized speech and language services across home school and clinic-based settings.

• Conduct comprehensive speech language and communication evaluations for pediatric clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support communication development.

• Collaborate closely with families educators caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

• Monitor client progress document outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Provide early intervention services for children with developmental speech and language delays.

• Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure in California).

• Strong knowledge of speech language and communication disorders in pediatric populations.

• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for children.

• Familiarity with early intervention services and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
