As a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) youll have the opportunity to provide personalized one-on-one care where children thrivetheir own homes. Youll evaluate and treat children with speech language feeding and swallowing needs while building meaningful relationships with patients and families. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date
- One year of experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each childs unique needs
- Provide speech therapy services addressing communication articulation language development feeding and swallowing skills
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support continued growth
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to promote carryover at home
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated high-quality care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
