WhatYoullDo (Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and treat children (toddlers to teens) with a variety of receptive and expressive language disorders articulation delays neurodivergent diagnoses and physical specialize in feeding disorders.
- Design creative playful child-led and highly beneficial therapy sessions that keep kids engaged.
- Develop individualized Plans of Care (POC) with meaningful goals actively involving parents and caregivers in the goal-setting process.
- Empower and coach parents to successfully carry over therapeutic strategies into their daily home routines.
- Maintaintimelyandaccurateclinical documentation.
- Collaborate openly and effectively with families physicians and your fellow multidisciplinary teammates.
- Attend andparticipatein monthly all-team meetings and therapist collaboration meetings
WhatWereLooking For (Requirements):
- Current (or eligible) Kansas Speech Language Pathology license
- We welcome those with theirCCCsandweareexperienced inhosting CFsfor their CFY
- A deep passion for pediatrics and a desire to be part of a playful cohesive team culture.
- Strong communicationskills and a family-first mindset.
- Valid drivers license.
- Must pass a prior employer check and a criminal background check.
