Were hiring a Pediatric Residency Program Director & Director of Pediatrics who wants to shape the future of a growing residency program while maintaining an active connection to patient care.

Youll step into an outpatient leadership role combining graduate medical education pediatric department leadership resident teaching and direct clinical care. Youll lead a fully ACGME-accredited pediatric residency in its first year while helping establish its long-term culture educational standards and direction.

You are a Board Certified Pediatrician
You have meaningful GME residency fellowship or academic leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: Starting at $210000 based on experience
Sign-on bonus: $25000
Relocation assistance: Up to $10000
Medical dental & vision insurance
PTO: 18 days plus 7 paid holidays and 1 personal day
CME & licensing: $2500 annual allowance
