JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active Florida Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Active DEA
Certifications: As Required by Facility
Experience: Pediatric Ophthalmology Experience Required
Other Qualifications: Experience with Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) Evaluation and Treatment Preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide pediatric ophthalmology coverage for vacation relief
Conduct outpatient clinic services on Tuesdays
Perform NICU rounds for ROP screening and evaluation on Wednesdays
Provide treatment and follow-up care for ROP patients as needed
Collaborate with NICU Neonatology and Pediatric teams
Document patient care according to facility standards
Participate in orientation and required compliance activities prior to first shift
