Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Team LeaderAmerican Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Team Leader to join our growing multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Daphne is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys mentoring others collaborating across disciplines and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. As our OT Team Leader you will provide clinical leadership while working alongside an exceptional team of Speech-Language Pathologists Occupational Therapists Board Certified Behavior Analysts Registered Behavior Technicians and Physical AARC we foster a collaborative supportive and mentorship-focused environment where clinicians are encouraged to continue learning grow professionally and provide evidence-based family-centered AARCThrough a coordinated multidisciplinary approach our pediatric therapists provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for infants toddlers children adolescents and young adults with a wide range of developmental and neurological diagnoses including:Autism Spectrum DisorderSensory Processing DisorderDevelopmental DelaysCerebral PalsyDown Syndrome and other genetic conditionsFine and gross motor delaysFeeding and swallowing disordersNeurological and orthopedic conditionsBehavioral and self-regulation challengesSpasticity and other complex pediatric diagnosesPosition ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership mentorship and support to the Occupational Therapy high-quality evidence-based occupational therapy services across the develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and participation in daily closely with Speech Therapy Physical Therapy ABA physicians educators and families to ensure coordinated with onboarding mentoring and professional development of occupational therapy best practices in pediatric occupational therapy including intervention for children with autism and other developmental timely and accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical a positive collaborative and patient-centered clinic Alabama Occupational Therapy License (required)NBCOT certification in good standingMinimum of 2 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience preferredLeadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience with pediatric feeding therapy preferredSensory Integration (SI) and/or Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) training preferredExperience working with children with developmental disabilities neurological conditions and behavioral challenges preferredStrong communication organization and time-management skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environmentBasic computer and electronic documentation skillsWhat We OfferCollaborative multidisciplinary teamMentorship and leadership development opportunitiesSupportive clinic culture focused on professional growthFlexible employment options (Full-Time Part-Time or PRN)MondayThursday schedule no evenings or weekendsPosition DetailsJob Types:Full-TimePart-TimePRNSchedule:MondayThursday8- or 10-hour shifts availableNo weekendsMedical Specialty:PediatricsWork Location:In person Daphne AlabamaHow to ApplyTo apply please submit your resume and letter of intent to our Clinical Director Julie Mohler.
