Position Overview:
Were seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years of pediatric experience who brings a deep understanding of sensory processing and emotional regulation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical complexity values a team-based model and thrives in a dynamic supportive environment.
Were seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years of pediatric experience who brings a deep understanding of sensory processing and emotional regulation. Youll work with a diverse caseload contributing to both 1:1 therapy sessions and interdisciplinary programs alongside our speech-language pathologists audiologists and early intervention educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct pediatric OT services in clinic and school settings.
- Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Address sensory integration emotional regulation fine/gross motor development and daily living skills.
- Collaborate closely with other therapists and educators on shared goals.
- Educate and support parents and caregivers.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking.
What Were Looking For:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L).
- Minimum 3 years pediatric experience (clinic or school-based).
- Deep knowledge of sensory integration theory praxis and self-regulation strategies.
- Passion for working with children with developmental delays ASD SPD and related challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Dedication to professional growth and evidence-based practice.
