Location: UnityPoint Health Clinic- Prairie Parkway- Cedar Falls Iowa
Shift: 40 hours/week Variable from Mon-Thur 7-6p; Fri 7-4pm

Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients in need ofoccupational therapyservices andparticipatesin andprovides all necessary components of this responsibility including completion of proper evaluation creation of a treatment planandcompletion of treatment sessionsper established treatment plans
- Producesappropriate documentationand billing incompliance with allthird partypayor and regulatory guidelines
- Providesoversite and supervision of certified occupational therapist assistants and other support personnel
- Completesappropriate communicationwith all patients caregivers fellow staff and referring providers/clinicians
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of accredited educational program inoccupational therapy is required
- Masters degree is preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of clinicalexperience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Iowa as defined in the Iowa Occupational Therapy Regulation and Practice Act
- BLS Certification
- Valid drivers license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons
