Compensation:

• Base salary: $120000$130000 based on experience (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10000$20000 annually
• CME/board certification allowance: $3500 per year
• Medical dental vision life and malpractice insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2
• Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
• Stipend and productivity bonuses offered

Job/Practice Description: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

• Outpatient specialty practice 40 hours/week
• Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
• Average volume: 25 patients per day
• No hospital call light phone call only 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of pediatrics experience
• Current PNP certification
