Youll step into an outpatient role providing preventive pediatric care well-child exams sick visits chronic disease management and family education. Youll work alongside a collaborative clinical team with strong administrative support for scheduling and referrals allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Youll practice in Chesterton Indiana with access to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches scenic state parks excellent local schools and a welcoming community.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $130000$150000
Health insurance: Employer pays approximately 75%
Dental & vision insurance: Employer contribution available
Retirement: 403(b) retirement plan
PTO: 120 hours
Personal time: 40 hours
10 paid holidays
CME: 5 days plus a $2500 annual allowance
