The Position

Our client is seeking a Pediatric Medical Director to lead the development and growth of their pediatric program while maintaining an active outpatient practice. This physician leader will play a key role in shaping clinical strategy mentoring providers improving quality outcomes and expanding pediatric services across the organization.

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree
• Board Certified Pediatrics
• Active Florida Medical License or Ability to Obtain
• Active DEA Registration
• Minimum of 5 Years of Pediatric Clinical Experience Preferred
• Leadership Medical Director or Program Development Experience Preferred
• Eligible for Credentialing and Privileging

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
• Lead the design implementation and growth of the pediatric service line
• Develop clinical protocols workflows and standards of care
• Supervise and mentor pediatric providers and advanced practice clinicians
• Participate in provider recruitment onboarding and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
• Drive quality improvement patient safety and compliance initiatives
• Build relationships with schools community organizations and referral partners
• Ensure compliance with HRSA FTCA HIPAA and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in organizational leadership meetings and planning initiatives
