Base salary: $47000.00-$57000.00 per year

CME Allowance: $2250.00

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy well-respected practice supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Rounding on newborns one hospital only

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.

Education:

• Masters degree of Nursing required.
