Lonestar Pediatric Dental & Braces is seeking a compassionate skilled Pediatric Dentist (Float) to join our growing team in the Austin area. This role will provide clinical support across multiple locations delivering high-quality dental care to children while working under the clinical supervision of Dr. Randy Hamilton.
About the Role
As a Pediatric Dentist Float youll play a key role in ensuring continuity of care and maintaining excellent patient experiences across our practices. This is an ideal opportunity for a flexible team-oriented provider who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with children of all ages.
What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams restorations preventative treatments and patient education
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on comfort trust and communication
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams across multiple Austin-area offices
- Support continuity of care by filling in for scheduled absences PTO coverage and volume needs
- Adhere to best practices clinical protocols and compliance standards
- Work under the clinical supervision and mentorship of Dr. Randy Hamilton
What Were Looking For
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
- Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric dentistry
- Excellent chairside manner with children and families
- Flexibility to travel between locations within the Austin market
- A positive team-focused attitude and commitment to quality care
