Roles & Responsibilities

• Work directly with I&C Market Agent Representatives
• Responsible for growing and maintaining customer accounts through sales and customer service
• Entering managing and expediting orders
• Responding to customer distributor agent and outside sales personnel inquiries
• Reviewing daily reports order maintenance and order blocks
• Managing quote requests sales leads and product promotions
• Collaboration with MV Accessories Team to identity areas of improvement develop product pricing etc.
• Analyze market pricing and provide pricing guidance
• Develop relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
• Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve as backup during out-of-office scenarios by managing tasks addressing urgent issues and ensuring the continuity of operations in the absence of primary team
