Role OverviewWe are seeking a P/C Senior Actuary to develop complex actuarial formulas provide strategic risk consultation and influence management decisions regarding products underwriting and profitability. This role focuses on Auto and Home pricing actuarial modeling and reserving. You will lead multi-functional projects conduct research for rate adjustment proposals and provide essential actuarial support for state insurance department filings.
Key Responsibilities-
Core Actuarial Functions: Develop complex actuarial formulas and provide strategic risk consultation to influence leadership decisions on products and profitability.

Project Leadership: Lead multi-functional projects; specialize in rating pricing structures and rate evaluation for new and existing product ideas.

Compliance & Research: Research data for rate adjustment proposals and reserve estimates; provide actuarial support for state insurance department filings.

Strategic Influence: Translate complex actuarial findings into clear actionable business recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Experience: 5 years of Property & Casualty (P/C) actuarial experience ideally with a focus on Auto and Home pricing.

Credentials: ACAS designation (Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society) completed with active work toward FCAS (Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society).

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of data modeling and risk management; ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
