Key Responsibilities:

Utilizes the payroll and time and attendance systems to answer questions process payroll review/update information and resolve issues for employees and managers.
Ensures garnishments are submitted to UKG Pro timely and review all entered garnishments and calculations for accuracy.
Sets up and processes various earnings and deductions requests/spreadsheets accurately and timely.
Troubleshoots data related issues in both UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions.
Generates manual checks in atimely and accurate manner.
Ensures all payroll checks are distributed timely to the field.
Researches and resolves payroll related inquiries from employees and management.
Fully participates and ensures success of various projects as assigned.
Demonstrates strong focus on teamwork and initiatives as well as manages independent workload.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in high volume payroll.

Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance.
Must possess strong customer service skills.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
UKG experience is a plus.
