Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Omaha
Reporting to: Payroll Supervisor
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform daily Kronos timesheet adjustments in an accurate manner
- Process vacation and pay adjustment requests as directed
- Weekly/monthly payroll reports and audits
- Back up other duties in the accounting office as needed
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of payroll related experience
- Knowledge or experience working in meat or food processing industry preferred but not required
Skills/Abilities Required:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite namely Excel
- Experience with Kronos/UKG and SAP preferred but not required
- Must be able to multitask and possess strong detail oriented analytical abilities
- Must be able to work flexible hours including some Saturdays
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
