Payroll Manager – Workday | DC Metro (OnSite)

Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a wellestablished organization in the Washington DC metro area to identify a Payroll Manager with strong Workday experience. This role supports a large complex payroll environment and offers the opportunity to lead daytoday payroll operations while improving processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee endtoend U.S. payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
• Serve as the Workday Payroll subjectmatter expert
• Lead payroll audits reconciliations and compliance activities
• Partner with HR Finance and Benefits teams
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Manage and mentor payroll staff as applicable

Qualifications

• 5 years of payroll experience including leadership responsibilities
• Handson Workday Payroll experience required
• Strong knowledge of multistate payroll and compliance
• Experience supporting highvolume or complex payroll environments
• Ability to work onsite in the DC metro area
