Payroll Manager

Essential Duties:

• Full processing and management of the Company payroll processes; weekly and bi-weekly payroll for approximately30000employees.
• Oversee the payroll invoicing process as it relates to the Companys managed properties.
• Effectively manage transitions in and out of theCompanysportfolio.
• Work with Payroll Director and BSD team on system issues.
• Generate ad hoc and custom reportson a monthly basisfor the accounting team.
• Manages the payroll team working with the Payroll Supervisor to balance workload ensuringtimelycompletion of work with minimal overtime.
• Develops staffing plans andestablisheswork schedules; prioritizes team workload tomaintainservice levels.
• Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members fostering their professional growth and development.
• Manages and reports on key performance indicators andmetrics.
• Maintainsa high levelof knowledge andexpertisein current applicable payroll laws and with peers andseeksto be informed about emerging trends and issues best practices etc.
• Encourageteam workand collaborative attitude
• Performs other duties asrequired
• Regular and reliable attendance

Education/Experience:

Bachelors (B.A./B.S.) in Business or related discipline and two to four years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
