The role
Are you a payroll leader who thrives on driving accuracy compliance and continuous improvement Were seeking a strategic Payroll Manager- North America to lead payroll operations across multiple locations while enhancing processes systems and service delivery.
What Youll Do
Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance with payroll tax and statutory requirements.
Oversee audits reporting and year-end payroll activities.
Drive payroll system upgrades integrations and automation initiatives.
Partner with HR Finance IT and external vendors to improve payroll operations and data accuracy.
Establish and monitor payroll KPIs and service levels.
Analyze payroll data identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Lead coach and develop a geographically dispersed payroll team.
What Youll Bring
5 years of progressive payroll leadership experience.
Experience managing multi-site and/or international payroll operations.
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation tax and compliance requirements.
Proven success leading payroll system implementations upgrades or integrations.
Experience working with payroll and HRIS platforms such as ADP Workday SAP or Oracle.
Advanced Excel and payroll reporting capabilities.
Strong analytical project management and stakeholder management skills.
Professional payroll certification (CPP FPC CIPP IPASS or equivalent) preferred.
Experience in a shared services or global business services environment is a plus.
