Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and optimize payroll operations for a workforce of 2000 employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for 2000 employees
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple departments
- Streamline payroll systems and improve operational workflows
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations policies and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with HR finance and operations teams to resolve payroll-related matters
- Monitor payroll data integrity reporting and system performance
Qualifications:
- Experience managing high-volume payroll operations required
- Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll software reporting systems and process automation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
