Sachse Construction is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team!

- Lead preparation and submission of all certified payroll reports.
- Review payroll registers for accuracy prior to certified payroll submission.
- Complete WH-347 forms and electronic filing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Copeland Act requirements and applicable state prevailing wage regulations.
- Maintain labor compliance reporting calendars and submission schedules.
- Manage certified payroll software.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- 3 years professional experience
- Certified payroll experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
