Little Caesars Pizza is seeking an experienced and dependable Account Payroll & Billing Specialist to join our remote team. This opportunity is designed for an experienced professional with a background in payroll billing accounting accounts receivable or related financial operations.

• Process and maintain payroll records accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare review and process invoices and billing statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate employee and financial records.
• Review payroll hours deductions adjustments and related information.
• Assist with account reconciliation and general accounting functions.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
• Prepare financial and payroll reports as needed.
• Identify and resolve payroll or billing discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and applicable payroll and accounting procedures.
• Perform other payroll billing and accounting duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in payroll billing accounting bookkeeping accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience with payroll billing and accounting software preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote-work environment.
