This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work employee support and working with payroll systems such as ADP or Workday. A four-year degree is not required; candidates with an associates degree some college or equivalent hands-on payroll experience are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Base salary depending on experience plus overtime eligibility 15% annual bonus target and 14.3% profit sharing.
Responsibilities
The Payroll Associate will support day-to-day payroll operations including:
Processing payroll changes
Reviewing payroll data for accuracy
Assisting with employee inquiries
Maintaining payroll records
Supporting payroll reporting reconciliations and compliance-related tasks.
This person will work closely with payroll leadership and internal business partners to help ensure payroll is processed accurately timely and confidentially.
Qualified candidates will bring
Payroll experience ideally in a corporate financial services professional services or similarly detail-oriented environment
Experience with ADP or Workday is strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills attention to detail confidentiality follow-through
Service-oriented communication style
